Class Description

AQUA

A class based in the pool consisting of aerobic type movements with low impact. Aims to increase mobility, improve fitness, muscular strenght and endurance

REEBOK PUMP 

A full on 45 mins high intensity aerobic workout that requires minimal coordination but will push yopur heart rate to its very limit. Excellent class for those who want to improve their cardio fitness and lose weight.

Total Body Pyramid 74

A high intensity total body workout that combines aerobic and anaerobic resistance training. You will push each body part through a rep range of 22-12-10-8-22 = 74 rep total with a 30 second break between reps This class is designed for your ambitious side!

SPINNING

A great fat burning class based on a stationary bike. This class offers an excellent cardiovascular workout through a variety of terrains and varying resistance levels. Is a suitable class for all and well worth a try?

KETTLE BELLS

An exciting new class incorporating kettle bells that work
the whole body giving you that toned look and improving
your cardio fi tness.

AEROBICS AND TONE

An aerobic workout that is a fun and an enjoyable class
to get the heart rate up and release those feel good
endorphins. Then tone up everything to look your best.

FIGHTING FIT

All round fi tness class, incorporating good technique
patterns while increasing your cardio fi tness, high intensity
class not for the weak hearted.

Power Step

Combining all the elements of step aerobics but at high intensity! This class also combines the step with resistance equipment to give an overall body workout.
