A class based in the pool consisting of aerobic type movements with low impact. Aims to increase mobility, improve fitness, muscular strenght and endurance

This is a weights class, choreographed to music and instructor led. A fantastic class for strength, endurance and muscle tone. You will see great results.

Circuits
A great all round class, anyone can join in, but be ready for a challenging workout. An all over body workout incorporating aerobics and local muscular endurance excerises.

TRAIN INSANE
Aerobic and anaerobic intervals giving you a total body conditioning program to build your fi tness base, will improve your overall fi tness in a shorter time and also making you strong and lean. Train at a higher intensity. Challenge yourself!!
