The following are a series of Exclusive Treatments at Johnstown House Hotel Spa.

Serial Mud/Milk Chamber (Treatment Length: 1h 15min)

The Serial experience begins with a mint or ginger exfoliation. Your therapist will then apply a mud or milk ritual to face and body. You will then be seated in a serial chamber where the ingredients will be activated before drying, once this happens the chamber will fill with herbal steam vapour and the tropical shower washes the ingredients away. You are then cocoon in seaweed and Polynesian frangipani to further relax and nourish the skin whilst receiving a pressure point face and scalp massage before your final shower. This treatment removes impurity, bringing clarity to the mind whilst easing muscular tension.

Tropical Mud Experience  (Treatment Length: 25 min x 1 / 25 min x 2)

Organic mud’s are applied to exfoliate and nourish the skin, you will then step into our mud chamber to intensify this wonderfully refreshing treatment before the herbal steam and tropical rain shower cleanse and invigorate the mind and body.

Haman Age Defying Body Polish (Treatment Length: 25 min)

The ultimate in body polishing. Relax on our heated hamam table as you experience an exfoliation like no other.
Results: beautifully soft and nourish skin from head to toe, as the old skin cells are washed away by your therapist as you rest on our heated hamam.

The hamam treatments are available as suitable follow on therapy to the serial Mud/Milk chamber or as a standalone therapy. Created during the Ottoman Empire, Hamam is a place for relaxation and health. The heart of Hamam is the “hot stone” – a polished granite bed, heated as if exposed to the sun.

Enjoy therapeutic pre treatment bath custom designed around your consultation. Benefits: deeply relaxes muscles, detoxify and remineralize, preparing your body for hands on therapy.

Couples Hydrotherapy (Treatment Length: 25 min)

Romantic location beneath the stars. We invite you to take a seat in our luxurious hydrotherapy pool, where hot springs and rhythmic phases combine with seaweed or Arabian jasmine flowers to bring about the health benefits of detoxification and relaxation.

Luxury Scalp Spa Therapy  (Treatment Length: 45 min)

Warm, deeply conditioning Monoi oils are massaged into your hair and scalp, an ancient Polynesian tradition resulting in a deep relaxation and healthy hair scalp.

 

Elemis body sculpting cellulite and colon therapy (Treatment Length: 55 min)

Targeting stubborn cellulite and sagging skin, this treatment will achieve rapidly visible results while a peel off body mask and abdominal massage will detoxify the body from the inside out.
